MATHEW J. MARI
Criminal Attorney

Mathew J. Mari, was admitted to the New York State Bar on February 22, 1977. He was admitted to practice in Federal Court in 1978 and to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1984. His Criminal defense practice includes the entire greater New York area as well as upstate New York. In addition, he has represented clients in federal matters all across the country. He was chief counsel in the first federal death penalty case (United States v. Pitera) tried in New York State and has extensive experience in federal RICO and conspiracy cases as well as in major state and federal narcotics cases. He has represented clients in famous cases such as “The Commission Case”, “The Bensonhurst Case,” and “The Wells Fargo Case”.
